Aids and Equipment Program

The Aids and Equipment Program is a NSW Government initiative to assist eligible people in NSW, who have specific, short term or ongoing health needs to assist them to live and participate at home and in their community by providing appropriate assistive technology.

Information about the eligibility criteria and the roles and responsibilities of NSW Health organisations for assistive technology provision across NSW Health are outlined in the NSW Health Assistive Technology Policy Directive PD2020_026.
