EnableNSW Online is now live for NSW Health clinicians

NSW Health clinicians can now submit equipment requests by logging into their EnableNSW Online account and browsing over 20,000 products in the equipment catalogue. This user-friendly system has been designed to allow for a positive online experience in a safe and secure digital environment.

To support a seamless transition online, there are tools and resources to help clinicians get started, including:

1. a dedicated EnableNSW Online web page
2. a system user guide
3. frequently asked questions
4. an additional option on the EnableNSW phone system to speak with a customer service officer (1800 ENABLE) 1800 362 253
5. trained staff with the right tools and training to help resolve the enquiry.

As with all new products and services, feedback is vital to ensure the system meets the needs of users as well as supports future enhancements and processes. NSW Health clinicians are encouraged to shared feedback either in the system itself or by contacting the team.
