We’ve recently moved to a new internal telephone system

Our team has recently implemented a new phone system that won’t change the way you interact with us, but you may notice a few subtle changes when you call us next.

If you choose to receive a call back from us or we need to call you to follow up on an application:

  • The number you will see displayed on your phone has changed to 02 9692 3751. You may wish to save this number in your contacts list so you know it is our team calling you.
  • Before you’re connected with one of our team members you will hear an automated message about your call being recorded. Be sure to stay on the line, as your call will be connected straight after.

We’re also working on improving our after call surveys, to help us improve the way we interact with you. The next time you call 1800 362 253 and speak to one of our team members, please stay on after the call ends to complete your short survey.
