Commonly used scripts for Respiratory Devices
When submitting equipment requests for Nocturnal (Bilevel) Ventilation, Continuous Ventilation and Mechanical In-exsufflation, a complete prescription is required with the request to ensure the application can be reviewed and set-up by the supplier (when approved). Incomplete applications with missing settings may delay the outcome for your patients.
