NSW Health partnered with the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing to trial loaning older Australians communication, mobility and/or self-care equipment to help them live safely at home.
The 12-month trial has now ended.
Collection of equipment you no longer need
If you were loaned equipment during the trial, you can continue to use it for as long as you need it.
Once you no longer need the equipment, you should return in to EnableNSW. We can collect the equipment from your home at no cost to you.
Repairs and maintenance to your equipment
EnableNSW will continue to repair equipment loaned to you during the trial, even after the trial has ended. If the equipment needs repairs, we can arrange a technician to come to your home to assess and fix the issue. There is no cost to you.
